Where is my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing delivery details and a tracking number so you can check the status of your parcel while it is in transit.
If you placed an order as a registered customer on the eu.geoshoes.com website, you can follow your order delivery status directly from your Personal Area in the “Orders” section by clicking on the details of the order you wish to monitor.
Please be aware that it might take up to 24/48 hours before you are able to track your parcel.

Can I choose the day and/or time of delivery?
You cannot book a delivery time or arrange an appointment with the delivery company.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number with a link that allows you to monitor the status of your order.
Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays*.
Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will telephone you before attempting delivery.
